Only Collegium Ramazzini Fellows from LMICs may be provided additional financial assistance beyond the LMIC reduced Registration Fee.
Additional financial support includes EITHER 1.) A travel stipend of up to $1,000 USD, provided the applicant submits appropriate ticket documentation and has paid the conference registration fee OR 2.) Waiver of the meeting registration fee $700.00 (which includes hotel accommodation and meals) plus up to $300 USD in travel assistance.
Priority for those seeking such financial aid will be given to Fellows attending the meeting for the first time or those presenting during the conference’s scientific program.
There is a life-time limit on such assistance of $5,000 USD with an annual limit of $1000.
